All of our prices are inclusive of value added taxes within Australia such as GST. All other taxes and or duties on items purchased from Fine Time, including overseas taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. Overseas purchasers are encouraged to check with their local authorities re any import taxes or duties that may be payable.

All watches sold by Fine Time are guaranteed to be genuine and new manufacturer’s products.

This website has been compiled with all professional due diligence, and every effort has been made to ensure the veracity of the information provided on this website to the best of our knowledge. We endeavour to ensure that regular ongoing updates are undertaken; however, no representation or warranty is made, either explicitly or implicitly, as to the correctness or completeness of any of the information contained on our website or complete colour accuracy of photographs depicting items. Bear in mind that the information provided may not be up to date.

Purchasers should carefully check the suitability of any watch for their purposes.  Refunds or exchanges cannot be given in circumstances where a purchaser changes his/her mind once a watch is received.

Subject to any obligations or responsibilities implied by law which cannot be excluded, Fine Time will not be liable for any lost profit or any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to economic damage) or any liabilities, claims or expenses (including, but not limited to legal costs and expenses) which may be suffered by you as a result of any negligent act or omission by us or arising out of or otherwise in connection with use of this website or our services, whether in contract, tort (including but not limited to negligence), statute or otherwise.

Total liability of Fine Time for a breach of a condition or warranty implied by law or otherwise, and which cannot be excluded, is limited to the extent possible, at Fine Time's option, to:

We are not authorised dealers for Seiko, Lorus, Citizen, Fossil, DKNY, Timex or Diesel  watches. We act as a reseller of these watches and do not purport to represent any of the manufacturers for the watches. We merely act as agent for our customers in the purchase of new watches ordered. Purchasers should be aware that, as some manufacturers do not approve sale over the internet, these manufacturers may not observe the manufacturer warranty. Where any manufacturer does not observe its warranty Fine Time provides its own limited 12 month warranty for watch products purchased from its online shop.
