Our philosophy is simple - to offer you the best possible prices on watches and to provide the highest level of customer service. We specialise in a small but select range of premium watch brands.
All of our watch prices include free postage and
insurance within Australia. International shipping incurs a flat rate of
$38 AUD.
All watches will be shipped with gift box/pouch
and papers.
Orders will generally be shipped within 1-2
business days provided the item(s) are in stock, and payment has been verified.
There may a slight extension of this time if an order has been placed on or
before a public holiday. Once an order has been dispatched from our shop we have
no control over delivery times. All items are insured.
We reserve the
right not to process an order in any of the following circumstances:
The item is not in stock although you will be notified and given the
opportunity to order a replacement watch.
A duplicate order was placed.
Purchase is cancelled at the request of a customer and the order has not
already been shipped.
Before cancelling any order we will contact you
via e-mail explaining the reasons for the
cancellation.
Returns
Watches will only be accepted for return if deemed
defective, or damaged on arrival. Fine Time must be notified of any problem
within 24 hours of receipt of the watch. Fine Time reserves the right to either
replace the watch with the same model or provide a refund.
All items must
be returned in the original manufacturer’s gift box together with all
instructions and warranty and authenticity certificates. It is the
responsibility of the purchaser to pay all return shipping costs and to ensure
that the item is packaged securely to prevent damage during return
transit.
Please do not return any watch without prior
authorization from Fine Time.
